Refund and Returns Policy at Give First Aid
At Give First Aid, we pride ourselves on delivering exemplary First Aid training. We recognize that sometimes plans change, which might necessitate cancelling or rescheduling your enrollment. We have designed our Refund and Returns Policy to be transparent and fair.
Making Changes to Your Schedule
Rescheduling Your Course:
Should you need to change your course date, we encourage you to inform us at least 48 hours in advance. You can easily adjust your booking without any extra cost by contacting our administrative team through our Contact Page. If you reschedule within 48 hours of the course start time, we will need to charge a nominal fee of $25 to cover administrative expenses.
Cancelling Your Course:
If you cancel more than a week before your course, we will happily provide a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the course will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start. However, you can still choose to reschedule according to the above policy.
Handling No-Shows
Consequences of Non-Attendance:
If you miss your course without notifying us, you will forfeit your registration fee. We urge you to inform us of any expected absences well in advance, allowing us to offer you flexible rescheduling options.
Processing Refunds
Refund Procedures:
We issue refunds using the original method of payment within 14 days of confirming a cancellation. To request a refund, please get in touch with our support team via our Support Center.
Course Cancellations by Give First Aid
Unexpected Cancellations:
Sometimes, we may have to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness or not enough participants. In these cases, we will notify you immediately and provide options to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
